Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain product listings across online platforms.
• Update product descriptions, images, prices, promotional details, and other product information.
• Monitor day-to-day activities across assigned e-commerce store accounts.
• Assist in implementing online promotions, marketing campaigns, and sales activities.
• Monitor store performance, sales data, and other e-commerce metrics.
• Prepare and update reports for store performance and activity monitoring.
• Work with assigned KPIs and performance targets related to e-commerce operations.
• Identify listing errors, account concerns, and other issues that may affect store performance.
• Coordinate with operations, warehouse, and other internal teams to address account or order-related concerns.
• Support initiatives that improve online store performance, sales, and overall business growth.
