Job summary
Directed Electronics Australia is seeking an Online Merchandiser to optimise our group of eCommerce sites and marketplace listings. You will partner with Digital & Marketing to improve product content, SEO, and merchandising execution across brands.
You will manage product pages, optimize navigation, run A/B tests, and collaborate with design, operations and IT to drive online sales and improve conversion rates.
Experience with Shopify/Magento and Google Analytics is preferred.
Qualifications
- Experience in eCommerce merchandising, digital marketing, or online retail.
- Strong understanding of product content management, SEO, and UX.
- Proficiency in ecommerce platforms and marketplace tools.
- Data-driven mindset with GA, heatmaps, and A/B testing experience.
Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize product listings with descriptions, images, pricing, and categorization.
- Enhance visibility via SEO-driven titles, keywords, and metadata.
- Develop digital merchandising strategies that drive sales and engagement.
- Plan category structures, filters, and navigation for an intuitive user experience.
- Maintain consistent product information across owned sites and marketplaces.
