Job summary

HRT People Solutions, Inc. is seeking an E-Commerce Lead to boost online sales, optimize digital storefronts, and guide a high-performing team. You will manage stores across platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and Shopify, plan campaigns, and use data to grow performance.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 3–5 years in e-commerce/digital marketing, with 1–2 years in a leadership capacity. On-site work schedule is Monday to Saturday, 8am–5pm, with weekend/holiday flexibility

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Admin, E-Commerce, IT, Communications or related field.
• 3–5 years in e-commerce/digital marketing/retail with 1–2 years in leadership.
• Experience managing online stores and marketplaces (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, Shopify).
• Strong knowledge of e-commerce operations, digital marketing and product listing optimization.
• Experience planning and executing online sales campaigns and promotions.
• Proficient with Excel; familiar with Google Analytics and platform dashboards.
• Knowledge of social media marketing and email marketing.
• Experience coordinating with warehouse, logistics, CS and marketing for order fulfillment.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret sales data and KPIs.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills; highly organized with project management abilities.
• Customer-focused with understanding of online consumer behavior and trends.
• Flexible to work weekends/holidays during major online sales campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a high-performing e-commerce team.

• Analyze sales data, monitor KPIs and drive performance improvements.
