Role Description

The Ecommerce Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Cebu. This position is responsible for managing online product listings, ensuring accurate pricing, descriptions, and inventory for e-commerce platforms. The role includes monitoring online sales performance, analyzing data to optimize product visibility, and implementing promotions and campaigns in coordination with sales and marketing teams. The Ecommerce Specialist will respond to customer inquiries, support order processing, and coordinate with logistics to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment. Daily tasks also involve updating content, tracking competitor activity, generating reports, and recommending improvements to enhance the overall online customer experience and drive revenue growth.
