Michael Page International Recruitment (Philippines) Inc is partnering with a global FMCG leader to appoint a Marketing Director based in Manila. You will lead a high performing marketing function, set priorities to drive commercial growth, and ensure brand direction is reflected across all channels.

In this role you will collaborate with the CEO, local leadership, and global stakeholders to deliver bold brand strategy, digital campaigns, and ROI-focused marketing activities.

Qualifications

• End-to-end marketing leadership and brand strategy experience.
• Proven track record leading a medium to large marketing team (10+ people).
• Experience marketing through digital channels and platforms.
• Background in multinational consumer goods companies.
• Ability to partner with the CEO and senior stakeholders to align brand plans with business objectives.
• Based in or has extensive experience working in the Philippines.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high performing marketing function and set clear priorities for growth.
• Develop and deliver brand strategy to ensure a consistent customer experience across channels.
• Guide campaign planning and execution to reflect the agreed brand direction.
• Partner with agencies and third parties to maximize ROI on brand and performance marketing initiatives.
• Provide direction on brand positioning, messaging and channel activity to maintain market presence.
• Collaborate with local C-suite, partners, and global stakeholders to align priorities and plans.
