Job summary

Xerox is seeking a Data Analyst in Cebu to design, develop, and maintain reporting and analytics solutions. You will transform complex data into actionable insights, build BI dashboards, automate reporting, and ensure data accuracy.

You will collaborate with business leaders and tech teams to drive operational performance and strategic initiatives, delivering high-quality reporting. Ideal candidates have 2–4 years of experience in data analytics, proficiency in SQL and BI tools, strong Excel

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (CS/IT/IS/Data Analytics)
• 2–4 years of experience in Data Analytics, BI, or Reporting
• Proficiency in SQL querying and data analysis techniques
• Proficiency in reporting/visualization tools (Power BI, SAP BO, Oracle BI)
• Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, Power Query)
• Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate with stakeholders
• Experience with automation tools or data integration is a plus

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, maintain, and enhance BI reports and dashboards
• Collect, validate, consolidate, and analyze data from multiple systems
• Generate recurring and ad hoc reports for stakeholders
• Analyze trends and performance metrics
• Present findings and insights through reports and visuals
• Define reporting requirements with stakeholders
• Perform data validation and audits for accuracy
• Identify opportunities to streamline reporting via automation
• Support reporting platforms, access governance, and incident resolution
• Create documentation and knowledge articles
• Participate in cross-functional initiatives to improve reporting capabilities
