Qualifications

• Strong project coordination and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Smartsheet, Planner or similar tools.
• Advanced Microsoft 365 skills: Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook, SharePoint.
• Experience creating dashboards, reports, trackers and performance metrics using Excel/Power BI.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• High attention to detail and strong administrative abilities.
• Independent work style in a fast-paced, global environment.

Responsibilities

• Analyst survey and assessment planning, tracking, and coordination.
• Manage analyst briefing schedules, logistics, materials, and follow-up actions.
• Coordinate SME inputs, reviews, approvals, and supporting documentation.
• Maintain Analyst Relations calendars, trackers, workflows, repositories, and action logs.
• Support communications plans through coordination of actions across channels and stakeholders.
• Assist with sales enablement activities leveraging analyst validation and research.
• Monitor analyst reports, enquiries, coverage, and industry developments.
• Maintain dashboards and program status summaries.
• Support maintenance of the Analyst Relations Hub and SharePoint resources.
• Collaborate to gather requirements and keep activities aligned to priorities.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of Analyst Relations processes and AI-enabled workflows.
• Maintain trackers and shared resources for efficient collaboration.
