Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd is seeking a Customer Success Specialist focused on calls, emails, and after-sales support. You will resolve inquiries, ensure post-purchase satisfaction, and build lasting customer relationships while promoting brand reputation.

You will work closely with internal teams and regional partners to deliver accurate information, manage returns, and drive service improvements. Strong communication and CRM skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• 1-2 years of customer service experience preferred (regional experience a plus).
• Exceptional communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills under pressure.
• Proficiency with CRM software and openness to new technologies.

Responsibilities

• Develop deep product knowledge to provide accurate information on products and promotions.
• Handle inbound calls and timely respond to customer emails with a friendly, professional manner.
• Assist with post-purchase inquiries including order tracking and product details.
• Coordinate returns, exchanges, refunds, and warranty claims with relevant teams.
• Collaborate with principals, local colleagues, and internal teams on complex issues.
• Participate in cross-regional meetings with ANZ teams to align on service strategy.
• Create and maintain detailed reports on inquiries, resolutions, and call metrics.
