Henkel is hiring an EAM Tool Administrator to maintain LeanIX, manage access, and ensure high-quality application portfolio data. You will collaborate with Application Managers and the global EAM team to support data validation, reporting, and documentation.

The role focuses on data governance, user guidance, and continuous improvement within a hybrid work setup in the Philippines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, BIS, or related field.
• Experience with Enterprise Architecture Management tools, especially LeanIX.
• Background in data governance and application portfolio management.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow and user access management.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain the EAM tool (LeanIX); onboard users and manage access.
• Improve data quality by coordinating with Application Managers to fix issues.
• Support data cleanup projects and validate information across portfolios.
• Handle EAM queries via mailbox and ServiceNow; guide users on data usage.

About this Position

As an EAM Tool Administrator, you will play an important role in maintaining and supporting Henkel’s Enterprise Architecture Management (EAM) environment, with LeanIX as the primary platform. You will help ensure that application portfolio data remains accurate, complete, and up to date while supporting Application Managers and other stakeholders in effectively using the platform.

Working closely with the EAM/Enterprise Architecture team, you will manage user access, data quality, queries, and repository maintenance, while also contributing to proactive data cleanup initiatives and self-service reporting. This role offers the opportunity to work with a global team, gain exposure to enterprise architecture processes, and develop expertise in EAM tools and application portfolio management.

What you´ll do

• Administer and maintain the EAM tool, primarily LeanIX, including user onboarding, access management, license reviews, user cleanup, and repository maintenance
• Maintain and improve application portfolio data quality by identifying incomplete, outdated, or inconsistent information and coordinating with Application Managers to resolve data issues
• Participate in proactive data cleanup projects, working with Application Managers to review application information, update fact sheets, and support data validation and sign-off
• Manage and resolve EAM-related queries and requests through the shared mailbox and ServiceNow, providing guidance to users on the appropriate use of the platform and its data
• Support self-service data access and reporting by helping users extract and work with EAM data for their own reports, dashboards, and analytics requirements
• Create, update, and maintain LeanIX user guides and documentation to enable stakeholders to effectively use the tool and access relevant architecture data
• Collaborate with the global EAM/Enterprise Architecture team and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives related to EAM processes, data quality, and tool operations

What makes you a good fit

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or a related field
• Experience working with an Enterprise Architecture Management (EAM) tool, with LeanIX experience highly preferred
• Experience with Application Portfolio Management, IT asset/application inventory, data governance, or IT service management would be an advantage
• Strong understanding of data quality, data maintenance, user administration, and application information management
• Experience working with tools such as ServiceNow, LeanIX, or other EAM/architecture management platforms; experience with comparable tools can also be considered
• Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work independently and collaborate with Application Managers and global teams
• Willingness to learn and develop expertise in LeanIX and EAM processes, with a proactive and continuous-improvement mindset
• Amenable to work on a mid-shift schedule (1:00 PM to 10:00 PM PH time) on a hybrid work set-up, with three (3) days in the office
