Qualifications

About this Position

As a Senior IT Provider Management Analyst, you will play a key role in enabling data-driven decision-making across provider and contract management. By transforming complex data into meaningful insights, you will help stakeholders gain greater visibility into provider performance, contract value, and business outcomes, supporting more informed and strategic decisions.

You will join a global, collaborative environment where business partnering, analytics, and continuous improvement go hand in hand. Working closely with Provider Managers, Contract Owners, and cross-functional stakeholders, you will help shape reporting strategies, strengthen data quality, and drive automation initiatives that improve efficiency, transparency, and scalability. This role is ideal for professionals who enjoy combining analytical thinking with stakeholder engagement to create solutions that deliver measurable business impact.

What you´ll do

• Lead the development, optimization, and continuous enhancement of reporting solutions for provider and contract management, ensuring stakeholders have access to accurate, actionable, and data-driven insights
• Design and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards that support strategic provider management, contract performance monitoring, KPI tracking, and executive decision-making
• Partner closely with Provider Managers, Contract Owners, and global stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective reporting, visualization, and analytics solutions
• Drive data quality, governance, and reporting best practices by integrating and harmonizing data from multiple internal and external sources
• Deliver analytical insights, ad hoc reporting, and performance metrics that support strategic planning, provider performance reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Identify opportunities to automate reporting processes and improve scalability, helping the organization increase efficiency and make fact-based decisions faster

What makes you a good fit

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Data Analytics, International Business, or a related field
• Minimum five (5) years of professional experience in data analytics, business intelligence, reporting, provider management, contract management, or a similar analytical role
• Hands-on experience with Power BI, dashboard development, data visualization, KPI design, and reporting automation
• Strong knowledge of data analytics, data modeling, reporting concepts, and data quality management, with the ability to transform complex data into meaningful business insights
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to consult, influence, and collaborate effectively across global teams and business functions
• Experience working with multiple data sources and delivering reporting solutions that support strategic decision-making and operational excellence
• Amenable to work on a mid-shift schedule (1:00 PM to 10:00 PM) PH time on a hybrid work set-up, with three (3) days in the office
