Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking an E‑Learning Support Specialist to facilitate Zoom sessions for children onsite in Eastwood, Quezon City. You will assist coaches, record attendance, take event notes, and share assets such as slides, games and activities to ensure engaging sessions.

The role emphasizes reliability, strong English communication, and the ability to report to onsite locations as needed. Open to undergraduates or senior high students with a proactive, team‑oriented approach.

E‑Learning Support Specialist

Work Setup & Location

Onsite | Night shift

Eastwood, Quezon City, Philippines

Responsibilities

• Assist coaches in facilitating smooth Zoom sessions with children.
• Record attendance and track points earned by children during sessions.
• Take detailed notes on significant events and discussions that occur during the sessions.
• Share session assets, including slides, games, music, and other activities, with children.
• Create roster, record skipped sessions, reschedule, and perform other tasks delegated by the client.
• Observe the behavior of coaches and children, and report any red flags.
• Log verbal or chat‑related concerns or incidents that arise during the sessions.

Qualifications

• 0–1 year and 6 months customer service experience (fresh graduates and career shifters accepted).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Knowledge of Zoom and basic computer literacy (preferred but not required).
• Ability to report onsite as needed.
• Capacity to make sound decisions in urgent situations.
• Open to college undergraduates and senior high school students.
• Reliable, responsive, and confident.
• Proactive and responsive.
• Strong organizational and decision‑making abilities.
