Job summary

TechNerds Solutions in Pasig City is hiring an e-Learning Developer to join our team and deliver CBT courses for diverse clients. You will design and revise online training materials using adult learning principles and modern authoring tools.

As part of a hybrid setup at Tower 1, Rockwell Business Center, Ortigas, you will create storyboards, produce animated videos, and provide LMS support, collaborating with Instructional Designers and stakeholders to meet learning objectives.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience with e-learning design and computer-based training content development.
• Knowledgeable in adult learning methodologies and e-learning design principles.
• Mastery in using Articulate 360 and Rise.
• Mastery in using Adobe Suite apps including Premier, Photoshop, Audition, etc
• Preferably with background in using animation and AI tools such as Vyond, CreateStudio, and Descript.
• Preferably with creative and graphic design background; knowledgeable in Canva
• Willing to work on a midshift schedule and on a Hybrid setup at Tower 1, Rockwell Business Center, Ortigas, Pasig City (beside The Medical City).
• Default schedule at 2PM-11PM

• Research possible content and convert them to usable CBT or blended-learning content

• Utilize authoring tools such as Articulate 360 and Rise; use animation tools such as Vyond, CreateStudio, Descript
• Use design tools such as Canva, MS Office tools such as Word and PowerPoint
• Use production and editing tools such as Photoshop, Premier, Audition, and Audacity; and
• Use streaming platforms such as Zoom and OBS to create e-Learning training programs and activities
• Provide support for course errors; design learning badges, activity badges and certificates; coordinate with LMS provider support for troubleshooting bugs on the platform
• Attend meetings with stakeholders
• Support other L&D initiatives and non-training design needs

Role Overview

We are looking for e-Learning Developer to be part of our team.

• He/She is responsible for developing and revising CBT courses and other online/virtual training programs for the schools of iFive University. Their main task is to utilize Training Needs Analysis results, Adult Learning Methodologies, and e-Learning Design Principles based on Andragogy and Heutagogy when creating and rendering learning interventions, training materials, and other job aids necessary to reach set learning outcomes and course objectives.

Main Responsibilities

Instructional Design Support and CBT Development
