Job summary

My Uniware Collections Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse and inventory operations for an expanding ecommerce business.

You will ensure inventory accuracy, proper stock handling, and seamless movement across Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, Facebook, Shopify, and wholesale channels. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years in warehouse operations with 1–2 years in supervision, plus strong leadership and analytical skills to drive efficiency and accuracy across multiple

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, or supply chain, with 1–2 years in supervision.
• Experience in ecommerce, retail, or distribution environment is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, stock reconciliation, cycle counting, and inventory audit.
• Experience handling inventory for ecommerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, Shopify, etc.).
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets; ERP/WMS experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, put-away, storage, picking, packing, dispatch, and stock transfers.
• Lead and supervise warehouse personnel to ensure productivity, accuracy, and compliance with standards.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and maintain stock records across all sales channels.
• Conduct cycle counts, physical inventories, stock reconciliations, and discrepancy investigations.
• Analyze fast-moving and slow-moving items to support replenishment planning.
• Coordinate inventory replenishment with Purchasing and Supply Chain teams.
• Ensure proper stock allocation for multiple channels (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, Facebook, Shopify, wholesale).
• Monitor warehouse organization, locations, and storage practices to maximize efficiency.
• Implement and enforce warehouse policies, inventory control procedures, and safety standards.
• Investigate variances, stock losses, and operational issues; recommend corrective actions.
• Prepare inventory and warehouse performance reports and drive process improvements.
• Coordinate with Purchasing, Fulfillment, Logistics, and E-commerce teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase productivity and inventory accuracy.
