About the role

Instyle Newgem Cosmetic Corporation is seeking a dedicated E-Commerce Staff to join our dynamic retail team. This is a full-time position based in Quezon City, Metro Manila. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving our online sales and ensuring an exceptional customer experience across all digital platforms. You will be responsible for managing product listings, processing orders, and supporting the growth of our e-commerce operations as we continue to expand our presence in the competitive cosmetics market.

Key responsibilities

1. Manage and update product listings on e-commerce platforms, ensuring accurate descriptions, pricing and high-quality imagery

2. Process customer orders, verify order details and prepare items for dispatch in a timely manner

3. Monitor inventory levels and communicate stock updates to relevant departments to prevent overselling

4. Respond to customer enquiries regarding products, orders and delivery status via email, chat and phone

5. Handle returns and refunds in accordance with company policies and maintain detailed records

6. Assist with promotional campaigns and special offers on e-commerce channels

7. Analyse sales data and customer feedback to identify trends and suggest improvements

8. Maintain accurate records of all transactions and maintain a clean, organised digital workspace

9. Collaborate with warehouse, marketing and customer service teams to ensure seamless operations

10. Do sales by giving suggestions for promotions and once apporved. To implemt it a s well.

11. And other tasks that maybe assigned to you form time to time by the management.

What we're looking for

1. Proven experience working in e-commerce, retail or a customer-facing environment

2. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in e-commerce operations

3. Strong proficiency with e-commerce platforms and online retail systems

4. Specific proficiency required in Lazada, Shopee, and Shopify platforms

5. Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

6. Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and order processing

7. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal

8. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with inventory management software

9. Customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding service

10. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment and follow instructions

11. Knowledge of cosmetics and beauty products is advantageous

12. Problem-solving ability and flexibility to adapt to changing priorities
