AOSP-V in Manila is seeking a dedicated Investigation Associate to join the Seller Experience Protection Operations (SEPO) team. You will investigate and mitigate online e-commerce risks, with decisions largely made independently and with accuracy.

Ideal candidates have e-commerce/payments or trust and safety exposure, strong English communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment with rotating shifts in a 24/7 operation.

Formación

• High school diploma with 3 years of work experience or related exposure.
• Dedicated home workspace free from noise for delivering work.
• Fiber internet 200 Mbps+ and 100 GB data required.
• Excellent written and spoken English with clear communication.
• Strong time management and attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and accomplish goals with limited supervision; make independent, accurate decisions.
• Engage with team leads, management, and vendors to meet targets.
• Contribute to productivity and quality assurance in the department.
