Job summary

Klaiya is seeking an experienced E-commerce Sales Lead to drive targets across Lazada, Shopee, and TikTok Shop in Binondo. You will analyze data, optimize campaigns, and coordinate the team to meet client goals while ensuring high-quality execution from Monday to Saturday.

The role requires a business degree, strong analytics, and exceptional organizational and communication skills. Proficiency with CRM and MS Office is essential. Willing to work on-site in Manila.

• Sales Target Management: Drive the team to achieve and exceed sales targets set by our clients.

• Goal Setting and Coordination: Collaborate with the Team Leader and Key Account Manager (KAM) to establish clear objectives and strategies aligned with client goals.
• Performance Analysis: Track and report on project progress, sales performance, and critical metrics regularly.
• Performance Evaluation: Evaluate the performance of each team member monthly.

Job Responsibilities:

• Sales Target Management: Drive the team to achieve and exceed sales targets set by our clients. Analyze data, trends, and customer behavior to optimize strategies for maximum sales performance.
• Team Scheduling: Efficiently schedule and organize team activities, ensuring optimal resource allocation and coverage to meet client needs. Coordinate team members' schedules for seamless project execution.
• Goal Setting and Coordination: Collaborate with the Team Leader and Key Account Manager (KAM) to establish clear objectives and strategies aligned with client goals. Regularly communicate and update the team on targets and performance metrics.
• Performance Analysis: Track and report on project progress, sales performance, and critical metrics regularly. Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective measures as needed.
• Performance Evaluation: Evaluate the performance of each team member monthly

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
• Proven experience in e-commerce sales, project management, or a similar role.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
• Proven expertise in e-commerce platforms: Extensive experience working as an e-commerce specialist on platforms such as Lazada, Shopee, and TikTok Shop is essential. Knowledge of various campaigns, strategies, and best practices specific to these platforms is a must-have.
