Identify business opportunities, customer needs, and market trends to drive product enhancements and growth.
Lead and participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Use data analysis, customer insights, and market research to support product decisions and measure product performance.
Manage product-related risks, changes, priorities, and dependencies throughout the product lifecycle.
Present product strategies, roadmaps, progress, and recommendations to stakeholders and business leaders.
Ensure products are developed with a strong focus on customer experience, usability, business value, and continuous improvement.
5–10 years of professional experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, or a related role.
Experience in FinTech, Financial Services, Technology, or eCommerce is preferred.
Strong experience in product strategy, roadmap development, and product backlog management.
Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience working with cross-functional technology teams.
Strong knowledge of business opportunity development, data analysis, market research, and design thinking.
Experience in program/project management, change management, and business risk management.
Strong stakeholder management, communication, and business presentation skills.
Ability to translate business and customer needs into clear product requirements and actionable priorities.
Strong customer-centric mindset with the ability to balance business goals, customer experience, and technical considerations.
