Pharmabest Inc. is seeking an energetic E-Commerce and Social Media Specialist to drive our online stores and social channels in the Philippines. You will manage product listings, optimize campaigns, and monitor performance to grow online sales and brand presence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, E-Commerce, or a related field.
• Experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, social media management, or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of social media trends and digital marketing practices.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Detail-oriented, creative, proactive, and results-driven.
• Experience with paid social media advertising is preferred.
• Knowledge of platforms such as TikTok Shop, Shopee, Lazada, Facebook, Instagram, and Meta Business Suite is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of content creation, photo/video editing, and graphic design is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the company's e-commerce stores and online marketplaces.
• Upload and update product listings, descriptions, prices, images, promotions, and inventory information.
• Monitor daily online orders, sales, cancellations, returns, and customer concerns.
• Coordinate with the warehouse/logistics team to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery.
• Manage the company's social media accounts, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
• Develop and maintain a content calendar for regular posting.
• Create and coordinate engaging content such as posts, videos, reels, stories, product features, and promotional materials.
• Set up, monitor, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Meta and TikTok.
• Prepare regular reports on e-commerce sales and social media performance.
• Analyze data and provide actionable recommendations to improve online sales and digital performance.
