Job summary

Twoconnect Philippines, Inc. is seeking an experienced E-Commerce Specialist to lead store operations across Shopify and multiple marketplaces. You will optimize product listings, pricing, and inventory while ensuring policy compliance and conversion-focused updates.

You will collaborate with marketing, logistics, and IT teams to analyze performance, drive growth, and improve the digital customer journey across platforms such as Shopify, Amazon, eBay, and Lazada.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Ecommerce, or related field.
• Minimum 3+ years managing ecommerce on Shopify and major marketplaces.
• Strong knowledge of order management, merchandising, and SEO/conversion best practices.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily ecommerce operations across Shopify and marketplaces, maintaining listings and pricing.
• Process and track customer orders; coordinate with logistics for timely delivery.
• Support marketing campaigns, SEO content, and influencer/affiliate activities.
• Analyze sales trends and performance; prepare cross-functional reports.
