Job summary

New Day Trading Co. is seeking a detail-oriented TikTok Shop Operations Associate to support daily e-commerce backend tasks in Taguig.

You will manage shop operations, monitor inventory, update ERP records, and coordinate with warehouse and customer service to ensure smooth order fulfillment. The ideal candidate is a fresh graduate with a bachelor’s degree, proficient in Excel/Sheets, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accurate records and reporting on inventory

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field required or fresh graduates welcome.
Experience in e-commerce platforms like TikTok Shop, Shopee, Lazada is advantageous.
Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets.

Responsibilities

Manage daily TikTok Shop backend operations and account maintenance.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment with the warehouse team.
Update and maintain inventory records through the ERP system.
Create, upload, and update product listings, descriptions, pricing, and promotions.
Monitor order processing, fulfillment status, cancellations, returns, and refunds.
Coordinate with warehouse, customer service, livestream, and management teams regarding operational concerns.
Ensure product availability and inventory accuracy across all sales channels.
Generate operational reports and assist in analyzing sales and inventory performance.
Resolve operational issues and elevate concerns when necessary.
Assist in implementing promotions, campaigns, and platform initiatives.
Maintain accurate records and documentation of operational activities.
