Job Responsibilities

• Day‑to‑day operation of the stores on Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok platforms.
• Manage product information and content, store layout, and campaigns.
• Regularly collect sales data, inventory data, traffic analysis, return reports, and the likes.
• Address after‑sales concerns and issues together with the e‑commerce team.
• Prepare ad hoc tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

Qualifications

• Work experience with Shopee, Lazada, TikTok, and other e‑commerce platforms is an advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a relevant field.
• Fluent in English and Tagalog.
• Understand the logic of livestreaming e‑commerce and be able to plan effective live‑streaming activities.
• Strong interpersonal skills, written and oral communication skills.
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced and agile environment.
• Ability to work under pressure.
