Job summary

Miss Amara is seeking a Supply Chain & Operations Specialist to own daily outbound operations, coordinate dispatch, manage inventory and returns, and keep our logistics dashboards up to date.

You’ll collaborate with logistics partners and our CX teams to resolve issues, spot process gaps, and help scale our operations as we grow—driving efficiency with attention to detail and a proactive mindset.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced e-commerce environments with order management and documentation
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
• Able to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Proactive approach to completing tasks and improving processes
• Familiarity with Cin7, Excel, Gmail, and order management systems

Responsibilities

• Order Management: Process and manage DTC and B2B orders across channels, ensuring accurate statuses and seamless fulfillment
• Logistics Coordination: Work with warehouse teams and freight carriers to manage dispatch and resolve booking issues or delays
• Issue Resolution: Serve as primary contact for operations escalations with marketplaces to resolve bottlenecks
• Inventory & Returns: Manage day-to-day inventory tasks, returns, stock adjustments, and reconciliations with Ops and CX teams
• Stock Integrity: Monitor inventory levels, flag discrepancies between Cin7, WMS, and marketplace channels
• Inbound Support: Assist with inbound logistics, shipping bookings, and supplier coordination when needed
• Process Improvement: Identify gaps and implement efficiencies to streamline daily tasks and tool rollouts
