Dermasia Corp. seeks an experienced Lead Online Sales to drive daily ecommerce operations across its website and assigned marketplaces. You will build a capable team, set monthly targets, and orchestrate promotional plans to grow profitable sales on Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop where applicable.

The role requires hands-on experience with online stores, strong analytical skills with Excel/Google Sheets, and excellent planning and communication to drive performance and customer satisfaction.

Qualifikationen

• At least 3 years of relevant ecommerce experience, including team or project leadership.
• Hands-on experience managing online stores or marketplace seller accounts.
• Able to analyze sales, costs and profitability using Excel or Google Sheets.
• Strong planning, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Retail, fashion, accessories or jewelry experience is an advantage.

Aufgaben

• Prepare monthly sales targets, promotional calendars and operating plans.
• Manage website and marketplace performance, including Shopee, Lazada and TikTok Shop where applicable.
• Coordinate product launches, pricing and promotions with management, marketing and inventory.
• Monitor sales, product margins, platform fees, advertising costs, cancellations and returns.
• Supervise product listings, customer service and order fulfillment.
• Establish procedures for stock allocation, dispatch, exchanges and escalations.
• Submit weekly performance reports with clear corrective actions.
