• Oversee end-to-end e-commerce lifecycle including order fulfillment and catalog maintenance.
• Collaborate with warehouse, IT, design and marketing teams to ensure brand-aligned storefront and smooth operations.
• Monitor performance metrics (traffic, conversions, sales) and generate insights to optimize processes.
