Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking an E-Commerce Operations Specialist to oversee day-to-day online selling across Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, Website, and Facebook. You will manage orders, inquiries, and fulfillment by coordinating with packing, inventory, and logistics.

The role requires hands-on experience with Shopee, Lazada and TikTok Shop, plus strong communication and Canva skills for basic promos and materials. A proactive, independent worker is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in e-commerce or customer service.

• Strong understanding of order processing and fulfillment.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Organized and able to manage multiple channels simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor daily online orders and customer inquiries.
• Assist customers with product inquiries, orders, returns, and exchanges.
• Coordinate with packing, inventory, stores, branches, accounting, and dispatch to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Arrange couriers for website and Facebook orders and monitor deliveries.

• Resolve marketplace issues, violations, and listing corrections/updates.
• Assist during live-selling sessions by responding to customer questions.

About the role

The E-Commerce Operations Specialist will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of online selling channels, including Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, Website, and Facebook.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and monitor daily online orders and customer inquiries
• Assist customers with product inquiries, orders, returns, and exchanges
• Coordinate with packing, inventory, stores, branches, accounting, and dispatch to ensure timely order fulfillment

About you

• At least 1–2 years of experience in e-commerce, marketplace operations, online selling, or customer service
• Hands‑on experience with Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop is highly preferred
• Good understanding of online order processing and fulfillment
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple online channels simultaneously
• Good coordination and follow-up skills
• Knowledge of Canva and basic computer/spreadsheet skills
• Proactive, responsible, and able to work independently
• Experience in handling freediving, diving, sporting goods, or similar products is an advantage but not required
