Job summary

Shin Media Inc. in the Philippines is seeking an e-commerce coordinator to manage and maintain online stores on Shopee, Lazada and TikTok Shop. You will upload and update product listings, including details, prices, images, and promotions, and monitor orders for timely fulfillment.

The role requires 1–3 years of e-commerce experience, a Bachelor's degree, and hands-on platform knowledge. You will analyze sales data, stay current with marketplace policies, and support digital marketing efforts

Manage and maintain online stores on Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop

Upload and update product listings, including product details, prices, images, and promotions

Monitor daily orders and coordinate with the team to ensure proper order processing and fulfillment

Monitor inventory levels and keep product availability updated

Track store performance, sales, and ongoing promotions

Assist in planning and implementing online campaigns and marketing activities

Respond to customer inquiries and concerns when needed

Ensure all store information and content are accurate and up to date

Stay updated on marketplace policies, trends, and platform features

Prepare basic reports on sales and overall store performance

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Commerce, or a related field is preferred

At least 1-3 years of experience in e-commerce, online retail, digital marketing, or a related field

Hands-on experience managing Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, or similar e-commerce platforms

Knowledge of product listing, inventory management, order processing, and fulfillment

Familiarity with digital marketing, SEO, social media campaigns, and email marketing is an advantage

Ability to handle customer inquiries and online chats professionally

Basic knowledge of Google Analytics and sales or campaign performance tracking is an advantage

Skills in inventory tracking, product catalog management, and basic copywriting

Ability to analyze sales data and identify trends or areas for improvement

Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines

Willing to learn and work in a fast-paced environment

Willing to work on a flexible schedule

Willing to work onsite in Makati
