Job summary

Toffico Premium Blends is seeking an E-Commerce Operations Staff to oversee daily store activities across Shopee, TikTok Shop, and Facebook Marketplace, ensuring accurate product listings and smooth order flow.

You will manage orders, update listings, monitor inventory, coordinate with logistics, and respond to customer inquiries to maintain excellent service. Basic Canva skills and experience across multiple platforms are a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience managing Shopee, TikTok Shop and Facebook Marketplace.
• Knowledge of e-commerce operations and online selling.
• Familiar with product listing, order fulfillment and inventory management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities
