Job summary

Star Eye Specs Corporation in Makati is seeking an E-commerce Assistant to ensure online stores are accurate, updated, and running smoothly. You will collaborate with Sales, Inventory, Marketing, and other departments to monitor orders, products, stocks, and customer concerns.

The role requires 1–2 years in e-commerce, proficiency in MS Excel and Google Workspace, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multitask onsite from Monday to Saturday.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or related field.
• 1–2 years in E-commerce or online store management.
• Proficient in MS Excel, MS Office, and Google Workspace.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail.
• Able to multitask and work with minimal supervision.
• Typing speed 40–50 WPM with good accuracy.
• Willing to start ASAP and reside near Makati.
• Full-time onsite, Monday to Saturday.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of Lazada, Shopee, Zalora, and other e-commerce platforms.
• Process and monitor online orders, fulfillment, deliveries, cancellations, returns, and refunds.
• Maintain accurate product listings, pricing, promotions, variants, and stock availability.
• Monitor online inventory and coordinate stock replenishment with the warehouse and Sales team.
• Handle customer inquiries, order concerns, returns, replacements, and warranty requests.
• Coordinate with warehouse, branches, couriers, suppliers, and other departments.
• Monitor sales, orders, inventory, and e-commerce performance.
• Prepare sales, inventory, and e-commerce reports.
• Maintain accurate records, documentation, and transaction data.
• Perform other related e-commerce and administrative tasks.
