Job summary

JS Unitrade Merchandise, Inc. is seeking a seasoned Sales and Distribution Manager to lead brand and category targets and ensure robust reach and distribution. You will monitor distributor inventories, drive coverage in trade channels, and build partnerships to maximize sales opportunities across the territory.

The role requires at least five years in Sales and Distribution Management and residency in MIMAROPA, with a focus on achieving efficient execution and distributor profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
• At least five years of solid experience in Sales and Distribution Management.
• Must be currently residing in MIMAROPA.

Responsibilities

• Manage and ensure delivery of brand/category targets and distribution targets through effective execution.
• Ensure sufficient inventory in distributor warehouses to serve trade requirements and grow new accounts and SKUs.
• Develop and maintain distributor relationships to maximize sales opportunities and resolve distribution-related issues.
• Drive horizontal and vertical distribution to achieve targets for new accounts and listings.

Responsible for managing and ensuring that the delivery of brand and category targets, and targets in reach and distributions is achieved through efficient execution. Ensures sufficient inventory in distributor warehouses to serve a trade requirement as well as to drive horizontal and vertical distribution to achieve the set targets for new accounts and listings for SKUs. Implements the Route Productivity Standards in trade, right products at the right channel at any given time.

• Ensures the delivery of brand and category targets are reached.

• Ensures that the reach and distribution targets are reached through efficient and effective execution.

• Ensures that the Distributor Profitability and Growth are attained.

• Ensures the mastery of the territory or area of assignment, knowledge of the potential of the area reach and analyze current reach vs. territory potential.

• Assists in the development and maintenance of relationships with distributors and partners to ensure seamless operations and maximize sales opportunities.

• Drives horizontal and vertical distribution to achieve set targets for new accounts and listings of SKUs.

• Ensures that any distribution-related concerns or complaints from partners are resolved in a timely manner.

• Implements Route Productivity Standards in trade.

• Responsible for distributor development such as target setting, business, and operational reviews
