The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with TikTok Shop and affiliate creators and can use both content quality and performance data to identify creators with strong sales potential.

Key Responsibilities

• Creator Scouting & Vetting: Research and evaluate creators based on brand fit, content quality, audience alignment, and sales potential.

• Affiliate Operations: Manage the creator workflow from outreach and sample requests through posting and performance tracking.

• Performance Analysis: Use metrics such as GMV, conversion rate, posting rate, and other TikTok Shop data to prioritize high-potential creators and identify top performers.

• Content Research: Review creator videos and identify high-performing content that can be used for advertising, remarketing, or driving product sales.

• Brand Alignment: Understand the brand, products, and marketing objectives when evaluating creators and their content.

• Maintain organized creator lists, requests, and performance tracking to support an efficient affiliate program.
