Job summary

LUXASIA is seeking a Logistics Assistant to accurately process online e-commerce orders through Anchanto, support end-to-end fulfillment, and prepare essential documents like waybills and invoices in compliance with 5S standards.

The role includes coordinating with the E-commerce Team and LRC for fulfillment and returns, managing daily manifests, and overseeing warehouse inventory and safety practices to ensure timely deliveries.

Qualifications

• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word).
• Hands-on experience with SAP system is required.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with internal teams and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate and timely processing of all orders in the Anchanto (SelluCenter) system, maintaining compliance with operational cut-offs and internal control standards.
• Collaborate with LRC and the local E-commerce Team for order fulfillment and return processing requirements.
• Prepare, consolidate, and manage all operational documents for picking, packing, and shipment, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and compliance with 5S.
• Oversee the creation of daily manifests or gate passes for courier pick-ups, reconciling planned versus actual shipments to guarantee all orders are served complete and on time.
• Monitor and communicate return order transactions to LRC and the E-commerce Team, ensuring prompt and accurate returns processing while maintaining documentation accuracy.
• Maintain and manage inventory of all e-commerce operational materials (e.g., pouches, boxes, bubble wrap), ensuring availability and proper storage according to 5S principles.
• Participate and promote safety and efficiency in all Ecom related warehouse operations by adhering to established 5S standards and operational best practices.
• Proactively identify opportunities to optimize processes, improve compliance, and enhance inventory accuracy and operational efficiency.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned to support overall warehouse excellence and logistics objectives.
