Job summary

Alberto Shoes Corporation is seeking an E-commerce Intern to assist the E-Commerce team with daily store management and admin tasks. You will support updating product information, monitor orders, and help organize records under supervision.

Ideal candidates are currently enrolled or recent graduates in Marketing, Communications, or Business, with a strong interest in e-commerce and fashion. Proficiency in English and office tools is required; other platforms experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated with a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Strong interest in e-commerce, digital marketing, and the fashion or retail industry
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace tools.

Responsibilities

• Update product information, prices, descriptions, and images on e-commerce platforms.
• Monitor online orders and order status.
• Update product listings on platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop.
• Organize and maintain e-commerce files and records.
• Prepare daily or weekly e-commerce reports.
• Monitor product availability and online inventory information.
• Check customer inquiries, reviews, and messages and forward concerns to the assigned staff.
• Coordinate with Warehouse, Marketing, and Customer Service teams regarding online orders and product concerns.
• Check promotions, vouchers, and product campaigns on e-commerce platforms.
• Perform data entry and other administrative tasks related to E-Commerce.
• Perform other tasks that may be assigned by the supervisor.
