Job summary

SPD Scientific Pte Ltd in the Philippines is seeking an E-Commerce Intern with an interest in graphic design to support the marketing team. This role offers hands-on experience across e-commerce, digital marketing, content creation, and brand development in a fast-paced environment.

You will work with the marketing team and external agency to adapt copy and assets for multiple platforms, maintain brand standards, and learn project coordination and asset management.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Diploma in Digital Marketing, Ecommerce, Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, or a related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Good eye for detail with the ability to follow established guidelines, procedures, and instructions accurately.
• Creative, organised, and proactive, with a willingness to learn.
• A positive attitude and strong team player who is comfortable collaborating with both internal teams and external partners.
• An interest in e-commerce, digital marketing, social media, and/or graphic design is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Support product listings, campaign planning, and execution across multiple e-commerce platforms.
• Assist with the day-to-day coordination and operations of the e-commerce business, including order and logistics coordination.
• Develop and adapt copy for social media posts, product listings, and other marketing collaterals.
• Adapt existing design assets into different formats, dimensions, and specifications for various digital and e-commerce placements.
• Work closely with the marketing team and external creative agency to provide creative and content support for campaigns.
• Ensure consistency in brand identity, visual standards, and messaging across all customer touchpoints.
• Assist the creative team in maintaining and updating the E-Commerce Resource Centre, including organising new and existing marketing assets.
• Provide general support for marketing and e-commerce initiatives as required.
