Job summary

MediCard Phils., Inc. is looking for an assertive, dynamic E-Commerce Specialist to grow MediCard's online retail channels—Shopee, Lazada, and Maria Health—and expand online sales of Sachet and HMO products.

You will own the MediCard website, manage listings and campaigns, optimize conversion across the funnel, and use analytics to drive pricing, listings, and promotions, working closely with IT and Marketing.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operation on Shopee, Lazada and Maria Health - product catalog, listings, pricing, vouchers, availability and order fulfillment
• Maintain store health on each seller center: ratings, response rate, policy compliance, and seller performance metrics
• Optimize listings for discoverability and conversion - titles, images, descriptions, keywords, and ratings/review management
• Plan and execute platform campaigns and mega-sale events (9.9, 10.10, 11.11, 12.12, payday and brand-day sales), flash deals, and product bundles
• Own the MediCard website as a direct online sales channel - product pages, the buy/registration journey, and the checkout experience
• Drive conversion-rate optimization across the funnel
• Partner with IT and Marketing on UX, page performance, and the path from landing to paid order
• Track and report channel performance - Sales, conversion rate, traffic, etc
• Use platform analytics (seller-center business-advisor dashboards) and web analytics to turn data into pricing, listing, and campaign decisions
