Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum NITEC or Diploma in E-Commerce, Digital Marketing, Infocomm or related discipline.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in e-commerce operations or digital marketing.
• Familiarity with Shopee, Lazada and TikTok Shop.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and Canva.
• Experience in video editing and creating digital marketing content.
• Knowledge of PHP, WordPress and HTML.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce website management and analytics.
• Detail-oriented with ability to manage pricing and promotions.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain product listings across Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop and company websites.
• Ensure product information, pricing, images, descriptions and promos are accurate and updated.
