Iontech, Inc. in Metro Manila is seeking an energetic E-commerce Specialist to manage and optimize online retail activities across Lazada, Shopee, Zalora, and TikTok Shop.

You will coordinate with fulfillment teams, handle local and multinational brands, and craft monthly campaigns while maintaining strong client interfaces.

A bachelor’s degree and at least two years in e-commerce are required; a creative mindset and hands-on production skills are valued.

Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelor degree.
• Must have an entrepreneurial mindset.
• At least 2 years proven experience in E-Commerce / Online Retails.
• In depth knowledge in E-commerce industry.

Responsibilities

• Manages and tracks orders from E-commerce platforms (Lazada/Shopee/Zalora Marketplace/Tiktok Shop).
• Works with the fulfillment team to support and manage execution of all e-commerce activities.
• Handles local and multinational brands and executes all its e-commerce activities.
• Do creative production that included product shoots, creation of campaign paraphernalia.
• Formulates monthly sale campaigns.
• Product proposal to principals.
• Acts as the key interface between the customer and all relevant division.
