Job summary

Elev8 Holdings, Inc. is seeking an E-commerce Officer to drive online sales growth and establish a strong digital storefront across major marketplaces. You will own end-to-end platform management, store performance, visual merchandising, and data-driven marketing growth strategies.

The role requires 2–4 years in e-commerce operations with a solid grasp of CRO, SEO/SEM, and inventory control. Base compensation benefits and a dynamic environment in Makati, Philippines are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or IT.
• 2–4 years of solid e-commerce operations experience.
• Strong data analytics and CRO capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Drive online sales targets and CRO initiatives.
• Manage official online stores across marketplaces and platforms.
• Lead SEM/SEO efforts to boost traffic and ROAS.
• Oversee order fulfillment and inventory management.
• Analyze web data and translate into optimization plans.
