Job summary

Akari Lighting and Technology Corporation seeks a dynamic E-Commerce Specialist to join our Digital Commerce Group in Quezon City. You will manage and optimize product listings across Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and Shopify, driving online sales growth and brand visibility.

You will collaborate with marketing, product, and operations to execute campaigns, monitor performance, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications

Proven experience managing e-commerce platforms across multiple channels.
Experience with product photography and content optimization for listings.

Responsibilities

Manage and optimize product listings across Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and Shopify, ensuring descriptions, imagery, and pricing are compelling.
Monitor daily sales performance and analytics across all platforms, identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Develop and execute promotional campaigns, flash sales, and seasonal campaigns to drive traffic and conversions.
Handle customer inquiries on e-commerce platforms, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
Coordinate with logistics to ensure timely order fulfillment and accurate inventory management.
Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify best practices and opportunities.
Create and maintain product content including descriptions, tags, keywords, and categories for search visibility.
Manage e-commerce budgets and advertising spend, track ROI, and make data-driven recommendations.
Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging banners and promotional materials for channels.
Generate weekly and monthly reports on sales performance and key metrics for stakeholders.
