Job summary

Lachicae Curtain Shop is seeking a Marketing Associate – E-Commerce to manage online channels and drive sales across Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, Shopify, Facebook, and more. You will ensure listings are accurate, complete, and visually appealing, update prices and inventory, respond to inquiries, and support content creation and live selling.

You will coordinate promotions, photoshoots, and campaigns, monitor performance, and generate weekly and monthly reports.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree preferred; relevant experience may substitute.
Experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or customer service.
Experience with Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, Shopify, Facebook is a plus.
Familiar with home décor or retail industry is a plus.
Proficient in Office suites; able to use spreadsheets to monitor sales.

Responsibilities

Manage and monitor online stores across Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, Shopify, Facebook/Meta, and other platforms.
Ensure product listings are complete, accurate, and visually appealing with all details.
Monitor orders and coordinate with warehouse to ensure timely processing and dispatch.
Respond to customer inquiries with accurate information on curtain details, lead times, shipping, and promotions.
Assist in creating and publishing product-related content and promotions.
Coordinate product photoshoots and videos to reflect color, fabric, and design.
Assist in planning online promotional campaigns including discounts and bundles.
Manage social media accounts and publish approved marketing content.
Prepare live selling materials and post-live selling reports.
Track daily/weekly e-commerce sales and prepare performance reports.
