Job summary

Revaya is seeking a skilled Wayfair E-Commerce Specialist to manage and grow our Wayfair presence. You will handle product listings, catalog management, SEO, advertising campaigns, inventory syncing, order processing, and marketplace support while providing customer service and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize the company’s Wayfair account and day-to-day marketplace operations.
• Manage product listings, catalog information, descriptions, specifications, pricing, and images.
• Perform SEO optimization to improve product visibility and marketplace performance.
• Manage and support advertising, deals, promotions, and campaigns to help increase sales.
• Identify opportunities to improve product performance, conversion, and overall marketplace sales; handle new product onboarding, uploading, and data mapping.
• Monitor the syncing of new products, product information, and inventory across systems.
• Process orders and ensure timely and accurate updates within the platform.
• Provide customer support related to marketplace inquiries and order issues.
• Analyze marketplace and sales data and provide insights for performance improvement.
• Support app integrations and troubleshoot basic platform or integration issues.
• Assist with basic website updates and photo editing as needed.
• Perform data entry and administrative tasks with a high level of accuracy.
• Provide general support for ongoing e-commerce and marketplace initiatives.
