Job summary

Kataki is an e-commerce business selling red light and near‑infrared therapy products for people, pets and horses. We seek an experienced E-commerce & Digital Marketing Specialist to maintain Shopify, manage paid social campaigns, create content, and oversee backend order processing with ERP integration planning.

The role starts part‑time (25–30 hours/week) during NZ hours, with a move to full‑time in ~3 months as orders grow.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing or online store operations.
• Hands-on experience maintaining and optimising Shopify stores.
• Proven ability to plan and execute paid social campaigns (Meta/TikTok).
• Ability to create engaging social media content and manage content calendars.
• Strong understanding of conversion rate optimisation, A/B testing and e-commerce analytics.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update the Shopify store, including products, collections, pages and theme settings.
• Plan and run paid social campaigns across Meta and TikTok.
• Create engaging organic content and captions for multiple platforms.
• Coordinate order processing and ERP integration once set up.
• Monitor inventory, stock levels and product data accuracy across systems.
• Provide timely customer service responses and improve templates and FAQs.
• Prepare reports on sales, ad performance and customer trends.
