Job summary

Kataki is seeking an experienced E-commerce & Digital Marketing Specialist to support Shopify maintenance, paid social campaigns, content creation and ERP integration. The role involves ensuring smooth store operations, accurate order processing, and effective customer engagement across channels.

The position starts part-time (25–30 hours/week) with a transition to full-time within ~3 months as order volume grows, aiming to grow online sales while keeping stock and customer experiences well

Qualifications

• At least 3–4 years of experience in e‑commerce, digital marketing or online store operations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and optimize Shopify store, including products, collections and pages.
• Plan and manage paid social campaigns across Meta and TikTok.
• Coordinate with ERP integration between Shopify and ERP (setup from scratch).
• Process orders and manage inventory across systems.
• Deliver excellent customer service and respond to inquiries promptly.
• Document workflows and improve operational processes.
