Job summary

Manila Recruitment is seeking an E-commerce Executive for our Philippines country team. You will manage online sales across Shopee, Lazada and TikTok Shop, optimizing product listings, pricing and promotions to drive revenue and traffic.

You will collaborate with sales, marketing and operations to execute campaigns, grow affiliates and ensure sell-out across channels in a fast-paced global brand environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in e-commerce roles, preferably brand-side
• Experience managing affiliate partnerships and creators/influencers
• Experience on Shopee, Lazada and TikTok Shop
• Hands-on in ads and campaign execution
• Strong understanding of online sales, promotions and marketplace dynamics
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Experience managing relationships with online marketplaces and internal stakeholders
• Knowledge of ecommerce platforms, online merchandising and digital marketing fundamentals
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field or equivalent practical experience

Responsibilities

• Execute sales plans on e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop).
• Plan, set up, and optimize platform and off-platform ads to drive traffic and conversions.
• Build and grow affiliate and creator partnerships including outreach and campaign execution.
• Own and manage the campaign calendar for promotions and launches.
• Set up bundles, promotions and customer activation strategies to increase sales.
• Maintain listing health across platforms with accuracy and optimization.
• Track performance and generate market reports to drive improvements.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing and operations to ensure smooth e-commerce initiatives.
