• Encodes and processes customer orders from the E-Commerce Webstore and other online platforms.
• Monitors order fulfillment and prepares delivery notices as needed.
• Tracks order status, fulfillment, and delivery to ensure timely processing.
• Coordinates with relevant teams regarding order concerns, delivery updates, and discrepancies.
• Maintains accurate and updated records of orders and fulfillment activities.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
