Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in e-commerce, order fulfillment, or a related role.
• Familiarity with online marketplace operations and order management processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage and prioritize high-priority, promotional, and same-day orders to meet SLA.
• Review and reconcile system-generated and actual sales orders for accuracy.
• Monitor order status from receipt to dispatch and ensure timely fulfillment.
• Track stock levels and coordinate replenishment for fast-moving products.
• Process returns, cancellations, replacements, and failed deliveries; document and resolve promptly.
• Investigate stock discrepancies and coordinate with warehouse for corrective actions.
