Job summary

FGC+ is seeking Email Support Representatives to provide exceptional service in the E-commerce Industry. As part of a dedicated team, you will assist customers via email with inquiries, order tracking, and product information.

The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree and at least 1 year of experience in email support. The pay range is 19,000 - 21,000 PHP per month, along with competitive benefits and opportunities for personal development.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of proven experience providing email support in a customer service role.
• Quick to learn new processes.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email.
• Assist customers with tracking shipments and processing returns.
• Provide detailed product information and personalized recommendations.
• Collaborate with shipping, billing, returns, and sales teams.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
• Identify and elevate complex issues to the onshore team.
• Update customer information in company systems.

Skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
