Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking an E Commerce Department Head to oversee online sales, marketplace management, digital campaigns, content development, customer engagement, and fulfillment. Lead strategy and teams to strengthen the company’s online presence and hit sales targets.

The role requires a marketing/commerce background, five years in e commerce/digital marketing, and at least three years in management.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Marketing, Digital Marketing, E Commerce, Business Administration, or any related course.
• At least five years of relevant experience in E Commerce, Digital Marketing, online sales, or marketplace operations.
• At least three years in a managerial or leadership position.

Responsibilities

• Sets the strategic direction for E Commerce and Digital Marketing.
• Develops online sales plans, promotional calendars, budgets, and revenue forecasts.
• Aligns online campaigns with company sales targets, product priorities, and business goals.
• Identifies new platforms, products, and digital opportunities for business growth.
• Leads the company's Digital Marketing strategy, campaigns, and online advertising.
• Manages social media, paid advertisements, content marketing, and other digital channels.
• Oversees the digital content calendar and production of product photos, videos, and advertisements.
• Oversees the company's official stores on Shopee, Lazada, and other online channels.
• Leads and evaluates the performance of the E Commerce team.
• Analyzes online sales, advertising, customer, and product performance.

About the role
