Job summary

MicroSourcing is hiring for an E-Commerce Data Entry Specialist to manage product information across multiple websites. The role is onsite in Eastwood, Libis, Quezon City, with a night shift, requiring 1–2 years in data entry or e-commerce and strong Excel/Sheets skills.

You will coordinate with marketing, sales, and operations to gather data and ensure listings are accurate and up-to-date, while generating routine reports on activity. The position emphasizes attention to detail and reliability.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of data entry, e-commerce, or website management experience.
• Experience with the Shopify ecommerce platform.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
• Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail with large data volumes.
• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Upload and update product information, including descriptions, specifications, images, and pricing across multiple websites and e-commerce platforms.
• Maintain website content for accuracy, consistency, and relevance.
