Job summary

KMC Solutions is seeking an E-commerce / Digital Trading Manager for UK & Ireland to own online revenue and customer engagement. This onsite role reports to Head of Digital Products and collaborates with product, UX, marketing, and operations to optimise the digital proposition.

You will manage the trading calendar, on-site merchandising, conversions, and performance reporting, using GA4 and other analytics to drive improvements.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in digital trading or online merchandising with revenue responsibility.
• Proven ability to improve performance through pricing, merchandising, and promotions.
• Strong analytics using GA4 or similar tools to diagnose opportunities.
• Experience managing a trading calendar and cross-functional coordination.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, on-site Agile environment.
• Excellent communication to both commercial and technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Own overall digital trading plan across core service proposition.
• Coordinate trading calendar with pricing changes and product updates.
• Monitor daily/weekly/monthly performance; identify trends.
• Lead on-site merchandising, category pages, pricing presentation.
• Collaborate with UX/CRO to optimise conversion.
• Align paid media and SEO with on-site capabilities.
• Provide regular performance reporting to Head of Digital Products.
• Work with product/development to prioritise site improvements.
• Identify growth opportunities in new geographies or segments.
• Stay informed on competitor activity and market trends.
• Liaise with marketing for campaign alignment.
