Job summary

Crocs, Inc. in Manila is seeking a detail-oriented E-commerce Operations Specialist to support daily execution across Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and DTC platforms.

You’ll work with the E-commerce enabler to align priorities, execute campaigns, monitor inventory, and prepare performance reports. The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in e-commerce operations, hands-on experience with TikTok Shop, Shopee, Lazada, and strong Excel/Sheets skills.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in E‑commerce operations or digital commerce.
• Hands‑on exposure to TikTok Shop; Shopee and Lazada experience preferred.
• Experience working with E‑commerce enablers or agencies strongly preferred.
• Strong attention to detail with a disciplined execution mindset.

Responsibilities

• Support daily E‑commerce execution across Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and/or DTC platforms.
• Work with the E‑commerce enabler on a daily basis to align on priorities, execution status, and issue resolution.
• Execute campaigns, promotions, vouchers, pricing, and content updates with the enabler.
• Support execution of mega campaigns (e.g. 9.9, 11.11, Payday, Brand Days).
• Conduct daily platform checks (SKUs, pricing, campaigns, orders, ratings).
• Monitor inventory availability and flag OOS or fulfilment risks to the Manager and enabler.
• Track and prepare sales and performance reports (sales, traffic, conversion, store health).
• Coordinate with Operations, Customer Service, and the enabler to resolve platform or order issues.
